Here you can generate a postpaid return label for returns within Germany or from Austria. Please use our cardboard box and the manufacturer's original package to return the item.
Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for the parcel to get to us and to process your return.

In case you don't use our postpaid return label please frank your parcel. If you return an item within the 14 days withdrawal period and the value of the returned product exceeds 40 Euro we will refund the return postage.
